2021 Nebraska Conference

Connect and Grow in Omaha

Special Announcement:

Please be advised that the Nebraska Smart Women Smart Money Conference scheduled for August 28, 2020, has been postponed until 2021.

Due to the spread of the corona virus and the ripple affect its having on the economy, we are postponing the Aug 28th, 2020 event. We are living through an unprecedented event — and we are all in it together. We want to thank Nebraska Treasurer John Murante for having the vision to bring this incredible opportunity to the women of Omaha and Lincoln. While we are sad we will not have the opportunity to host you this year — we look forward to exploring options to bring it back for the second time in 2021. We pray for you, your families, and communities in this difficult time.

“Smart Women, Smart Money” financial conferences and workshops offer Nebraska women of diverse ages and circumstances an opportunity to learn the necessary information to take control of their financial lives. The range of backgrounds includes young teen mothers to women who are well into retirement. The message of the conference is that it is never too late, or too early, to learn about finances. We provide this education through general sessions and smaller, educational breakout sessions. Attendees may choose topics that will lead them on a pathway to financial freedom and success.

One of the most important elements of this conference is it is provided at no cost to the attendees. Each of the women in attendance will be provided conference registration, all educational materials, breakfast, lunch, and an afternoon snack free of charge. We want to make financial education available to everyone. The funding for this conference comes from our community, from generous sponsors such as the ones listed on this page. Without these private sponsorships, this conference wouldn’t be possible.

Please take the time to say thank you to our sponsors and visit their booths in our exhibit hall during the day of the conference.
